Market Stall Application Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a stallholder at the Paradise Festival Markets!
Our markets celebrate culture, creativity and community, bringing together local businesses, artisans, food vendors, performers and community organisations in one vibrant multicultural marketplace.
To apply for a stall, please complete the application form with accurate and up-to-date information. This helps us ensure we provide the best possible experience for both our vendors and visitors.
As part of your application, you may be asked to provide:
Business and contact details
A description of the products or services you sell
Your preferred stall size
Power requirements (if applicable)
Food vendor information (if applicable)
Copies of relevant licences, permits and public liability insurance
Any special requirements for your stall
Please note that submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a stall. Applications are reviewed to ensure a diverse mix of vendors and to confirm all required documentation has been received.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will issue an invoice for your stall fee via email. Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payment instructions and the due date will be included with your invoice.
Successful applicants will then receive a confirmation email containing payment confirmation, bump-in information, market guidelines, and everything needed to prepare for market day.
